The Music Man is a rollicking musical by Meredith Willson, based on a story by Willson and Franklin Lacey.  When con man Harold Hill enters the Iowa town of River City, he little imagines that the people he meets there will melt his heart and change his life. You may remember the movie with Shirley Jones and Robert Preston, or the more recent made-for-TV version starring Kristin Chenoweth and Matthew Broderick.
